In 2015 Lloyds Banking Group awarded Lubomir and his team the "Delivering Excellence Award" for the exceptional value added as a result of the delivery of a solution to one of the Business Management functions of the organisation. He also took a leadership role in the Third and Fourth Innovation Hackathons organised by Lloyds Banking Group where he led teams of software developers, business analysts and designers as part of the development of mobile and web applications for the bank.
