For another financial services client we led the design and development of tooling automating Change Portfolio Status Reporting significantly reducing the production time and removing human error. We also supported the development of the change management standards and the adoption of the Clarity Project and Portfolio management tool within the division.
For another financial services client, we led the design and implementation of the Communications Strategy for the MIFID II Implementation programme while also developing centralised Programme Management Reporting Tools: Programme Budget and Resource Management Tracker, Automatic RAID log reporting tools extracting data from JIRA and other Communication Channels.
