We successfully deployed a workforce management solution to more than 40 Business Managers across 20 functions within the Chief Risk Office of a large client covering more than 6000 resources. It allows the client to effectively plan and budget the workforce cost while providing workforce analytics supporting the overall change book of work resource management.

For another financial services client we led the design and development of tooling automating Change Portfolio Status Reporting significantly reducing the production time and removing human error. We also supported the development of the change management standards and the adoption of the Clarity Project and Portfolio management tool within the division.

For another financial services client, we led the design and implementation of the Communications Strategy for the MIFID II Implementation programme while also developing centralised Programme Management Reporting Tools: Programme Budget and Resource Management Tracker, Automatic RAID log reporting tools extracting data from JIRA and other Communication Channels.

In the past we also designed and developed a Contractor Management Solution based on 3 different technologies. The tool was designed to improve the internal contractor management processes for the software production and maintenance house of the client through improved contractor engagement, magemenet, monitoring and compliance.
